2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Standard Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (depending on your location).
- Express Delivery (if available): 2–5 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499 (India Only).
- For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee will be added at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
- You can track your order status through our website or directly on the courier partner's tracking page.
5. International Shipping (if applicable)
- Currently, we ship only within India. Stay tuned—we're working on global delivery soon!
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please ensure your address is correct before placing the order.
- Spokey will not be responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
